Recently reported that broadband user have difficulty in accessing certain website especially those sharing and downloading. I just found one official letter (don't know whether it's true or not) which stated MCMC blocked several website.
If this is true, many users especially those heavy download user will be affected. I am not supporting piracy or whatsoever. It depend on the individual themselves how they utilize the broadband.
